Cupid’s Chocolate Raspberry Crunch {Popcorn Mix}

10 cups popped popcorn (between 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup unpopped kernels will give you the approximate amount needed) you can also opt for microwaveable popcorn bags or pre-popped)

2 cups Corn Chex cereal

1 cup pretzels (broken into smaller pieces)

1 bag of Sisters Raspberry Apple Chips

1 cup Valentine’s M&M’s

12 oz bag of white chocolate chips

Lots of Valentine’s Sprinkles!

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pop popcorn, set aside. Be sure to pick any unpopped kernels out!

  2. Melt the white chocolate chips at 30 second intervals in the microwave, and stirring each time.

  3. Toss broken pretzels and M&Ms into the bowl with popcorn.  Then pour the melted white chocolate over the top and combine with a rubber spatula.

  4. Spread mixture out on a sheet of parchment (or wax) paper

  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips (same method as above)

  6. Drizzle dark chocolate over the popcorn mixture

  7. Now the fun part: add sprinkles!

  8. After the chocolate firms up again, break into bits and either store in an airtight container (for about a week) or package it up into treat bags/tins to share with friends, classmates and neighbors! Enjoy:)
