Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Base
-1/4 Cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
-1/4 Cup 2% Milk (other milk or plant-based milk works as well)
-1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
-1 Tablespoon Sisters Apple Syrup
Toppings
- Chopped Fresh Apple
- Cinnamon
Directions
In a 4oz mason jar, add milk and syrup. Stir well. Add in oats and cinnamon to the mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined. Put lid on and store in fridge overnight, and add toppings just before serving. Makes 1 serving. Enjoy!
Note: If you prefer a warm breakfast, remove jar lid and pop in microwave for about 20 seconds before adding toppings
