Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

A delicious iced matcha latte topped with strawberry sweet cream!



INGREDIENTS

Matcha Latte
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder, ceremonial grade (or try Moringa Powder for a caffeine-free alternative)
- 2oz Hot Water
- 5oz Oat Milk (or dairy milk)
- Ice

Strawberry Sweet Cream
- 2oz Heavy Cream
- 1oz Sisters Artisan Strawberry Syrup
- 1oz Oat Milk (or dairy Milk)

INSTRUCTIONS

Matcha Latte

1. Measure matcha powder into a small cup or bowl. Pour hot water in and mix thoroughly until dissolved (a bamboo whisk or milk frother work well for this, but you can also use a fork or spoon)
2. Fill a glass up about 3/4 full with ice, add in the oat milk and matcha. Stir until combined.

Strawberry Sweet Cream
1. In a small blender or milk frother, blend heavy cream, milk and strawberry syrup until the consistency resembles melted ice cream
2. Pour on top of the matcha latte and give it a gentle stir to blend the layers slightly. Enjoy!
