Cranberry Broccoli Power Salad
We are always looking for new ways to eat our greens! This is the perfect way to blend your vegetables with delicious toppings and a tasty dressing. We used our Premium Dried Cranberries in this recipe, because they provide a perfect tart and sweet balance and an extra boost of antioxidants. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did! CRANBERRY BROCCOLI POWER SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
5-6 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 Cup Sister’s Dried Cranberries
1/3 Cup Bacon
1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds
1/3 cup Red Onion
DRESSING
3/4 Cup Mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Broccoli Florets, Cheddar Cheese, Dried Cranberries, Bacon, Sunflower Seeds, and Red Onion in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together Mayo, Sour Cream, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, and Pepper until smooth and well combined. Pour dressing over broccoli combination and toss. Enjoy!
